  • One of the shadiest places to rent in Vegas. The staff seem pleasant on first encounter but they are all snakes. Don't believe anything they tell you. Once you move out, they send you a bogus bill claiming you damaged certain things in the apt and you need to pay them thousands within days or they are sending to collections. Just review half of the other reviews, they all say the same thing. On top of that, the building is infested with roaches, the police are on site almost daily, maintenance is subpar and there are shady characters (druggies and homeless) outside the building every night.
