Went into this location yesterday with my girlfriend to have her phone checked out and memory switched to her replacement. It was pretty dead and there were 4 free representatives at the front waiting for customers. While my girlfriend was having her issue handled by one rep I thought I would look into buying a new phone and went up to the front with the now 3 free reps standing and talking to one another. When I asked them for help looking into my account they told me to go back and ask the girl already helping my girlfriend. This makes no sense to me. Why would i have a rep split her time between two different issues when there are 3 free reps at the front who are not dealing with customers? My girlfriend is already looking to change providers for the poor service and the switch in her plan. I may look into switching as well. I don't need to go back to a store that doesn't want to help me.
