| - Look no more for your new dentist! You will NOT find anyone better than Dr. Metz and his wonderful team of assistants. Yes, I just had two crowns and several old fillings replaced in the last two weeks, and I can say without reservation that it was as pleasant as something like that can actually be.
From the moment a patient walks in, the people at Vibrant Dentistry make every accommodation to make a person as comfortable as possible. I tell everyone that this the "Spa of Dentist Offices", and that is no exaggeration. Here's a list of out-of-the-ordinary perks that I really appreciate:
-Kerig machine, bottles of water, Arizona ice tea, and other refreshments in the waiting area for anyone who is visiting. I haven't actually had any if it, but I love the thoughtfulness.
- an offer for a plush blanket if patients feel that the office air is just a bit nippy as they sit in "the chair"
- free use of noise-canceling headphones and an iPad for use during the visit ( and yes, they REALLY helped during each of my 4-hour visits for all of the work I had to get done) to take one's mind off the sound of those grinding tools.
- concern that I was hungry and an offer of a complimentary protein shakes on hand for patients (again, I was there for a long time). Have you EVER hear of this kind of hospitality from a dentist?!
- I mentioned that my iPhone was almost dead, and without missing a beat, Dr Metz mentioned that he keeps a supply of various phone chargers specifically for instances like these (what? Impressive!)
- I cannot overlook mentioning the state-of-the-art machine the office displays in their leather-chaired reception area; there are just a handful in the state, and yes, Vibrant Dentistry owns one of these babies that makes crowns as you wait.
- Grown-up vibe: say goodbye to the goofy animal-speaking posters pinned to the ceiling and clown-colored walls! These office walls embue simple, elegant style. Yes, I still love the mirrors w hooks to hang my purse instead of setting it on the floor or counter. Are kids welcome? Sure thing! There are testimonials singing the praise of Dr Metz transforming kids' dental visit fear into a positive experience.
Community service? Yup! Dr. Metz's office gives back!
More than all of these, Vibrant Dentistry makes me feel that they genuinely care, and that makes me not only continue to as their patient but also spread the word to my friend (and this virtual community). I appreciate their authentic care if me in their office; I am grateful.
