  • SCAM ARTISTS. Jason was impolite and was very careless with us. Jerry made up outrageous excuses. AHS was our home warranty provider until we cancelled them for being completely USELESS. AHS sent out Sunbright Pools at a completely random time (no appointment provided) who made up excuses so that they wouldn't have to replace our original pump. The pump got an error message and stopped working out of nowhere. Sunbright Pools said they weren't covering our pool pump because "there wasn't enough water in the pool and that's not normal wear and tear, but owner negligence." Why would we keep our pool full if the pump was completely broken? We always keep water in our pool, but we stopped filling it to the brim after the pump broke. The water wasn't being filtered so we weren't going to waste anymore water. Jerry was rushing and gave me bullshit excuses to get out of replacing our pump. To top it all off, we had to pay this guy $75 for 10 minutes of his careless "work". Jerry wrote down my card number on a piece of paper and left real quick. How is this a company? He did not even have a card machine or an ipad or anything! Jerry also entered my backyard before I got home which I was not happy about at all. This company randomly shows up and then calls you to let you know they're there so I had to rush home from work to try and catch Jerry before he left our property. Avoid this company altogether. Instead, you should go through Pool Daddy and ask for George!
