  • Terrible customer service just terrible. What a shame! I went to pick up a gift for my friends son and had to go out of my way since they had what he wanted. When I got there I got an email saying it won't be available for 3 to 5 days. No one was in the pick up center to help and when I spoke to the manager he literally didn't care. There was a lot of people working no one would stop to help me.
