  • When I told people I would be visiting Pittsburgh I was told I had to try Primanti Bros. French fries on a sandwich sounded good to me. What I got was not at all what I was expecting. While the sandwich was big it was kind of bland with soggy no so good fries. I'm not sure what all the fuss is about. I do have to say they have an excellent happy hour with half price pints that goes to 11:00 on a Saturday night. They also have a nice selection of craft beer on tap. Our waitress was also very friendly. If I lived in the area I would probably only go back for the happy hour.
