This is a tough one. Because the food wasn't that bad. However, I'll start with the fact that we were staying at the accompanying hotel and I couldn't get through on the phone to save my life. Busy signal nonstop. So we decided to just walk and get our food to go, no problem. We entered the restaurant and there was ZERO customers so I was confused to why the phone was busy. Anyhow, we stood at the host station with the owner sitting right in front of us. She did not greet us, acknowledge us or do what I would assume an owner would do and take care of us. Instead, she hollered at her staff to come and see us. Rude right?! What kind of owner of an establishment does that to their paying customers? Anyways, a guy comes up, very nice, and proceeds to take our order. He's new but really polite and I can totally appreciate that. His "trainer" was somewhat of a jerk, speaking to him like a child. Long story short (too late!) the way the owners treat their staff and customers is ridiculous and unbelievable which makes me never want to return. I tipped our guy $5 and wished him good luck because what a jacked up place to work!!!
