  • This place is an unknown gem in Urbana. Hidden off of Main Street lies Flying Machine Coffee... A minimalistic, artistic, locally owned, coffee house. They have pour overs!!! I repeat, POUR OVERS. This is something missing in the rest of the CU area. Did I mention the coffee is actually good. Yeah, its amazing. They have all your quality coffee house options. French Press, Drip, Chemex, espresso, pour overs... Ugh. I can't even handle my happiness. I also saw they have artisan lattes. If you have never had this, stop what you're doing and go now. Rosemary Mocha. Its the really deal. They also have over fired pizza. I didn't try that yet... YET. ;) I'll be "flying" back for more coffee soon.
