  • This is more of a shout out to Mercedes-Benz and i am so glad i came across ms. Cookie Ackley who has helped me out tremendously in pinpointing out the perfect ride for me. She had much patience with me as i was completely head over heals with various vehicles and could not make up my mind right away. Ms. Cookie was not trying to over impress nor upsell me. She was real and down to earth. No matter the time of day, even on her day off she still managed to respond promptly to my text, calls and emails. Overall my experience has been two thumbs up... 5 stars, and was an easy process. The transition to different departments from financing to service was easy. RenĂ© helped me to better understand how to navigate the inside of my car, and introduced me to two apps that will be very handy should i ever need roadside assistance, or if i forget to lock my doors i can do so at the press of the app. So simple. I had a dupont coating applied to my 2017 E400 2dr coupe in attempt to protect my light grey interior and exterior paint, and despite the busy saturday morning at the service department, Spensor took my car in and Marlo had a loaner vehicle for me immediately. I was expecting to get my car in about 4-5 hrs and i received a text in 3 hrs saying my vehicle was ready. Ms Maxine had my registration papers n decal ready for pickup in 9 days after i purchased my vehicle. I was impressed. Thanks MB, so far iv been loving every inch of my new car :)
