  • Customer service was pretty good, but the quality of work could really use some work. I got my car detailed with a group deal voucher from these guys where it cost me around $60 with tax for a job that usually costs $280 plus tax. I'm talking an interior shampoo & vacuum, window cleaning, detailing of console, exterior wash, wax, engine shampoo, tire and rim cleaning. removal of grease and grime as well as salt stains. So it was a big job. Unfortunately, the screen of my GPS ended up having water residue as if it wasn't dried and there was stains left on my leather and trim in several places. I noticed a rim in the weather strip on my trunk which I'm pretty sure wasn't there. Also I noticed that there was a piece of my after-market alarm that was sticking out from my hood after driving away. It was very easy to put away and I know that it can get out of place, but they seem to have missed that part. As for the engine shampoo part, the engine really didn't look very clean at all. When I was purchasing my car used, the engine looked brand new to the point where I suspected if everything might've been changed on it. And I noticed this on most of the used cars I looked at. Got nothing close to that here. The owner seemed very easy going when I pointed out a concern and did whatever it took to try and help with the issue I thought was caused by them (he ended up determining that there's no way they could've caused that particular issue, which was fine by me, and he referred me to someone who could help me take care of it). So all-in-all, I'm not returning to Hybird based on the results of their work. P.S. I've updated my rating to 1 star due to the following: not only are there stains left in the car on the sets and trim, but there were parts such as the area of the spare tire that were supposed to be cleaned that weren't touched. Furthermore, all of the mats were left wet in the car and there is a spot that smells of cat urine on the passenger side at the front. They likely damaged my rims as well, and I need to pay quite the significant amount to have the refinished. Thumbs down from me for this place.
