  • Listen, here is why I'm not providing five stars... I enter, pick up a hand basket with the bullseye and not a cart. Only with the intentions of a handful of items- necessities. THIS hand basket does not last long. My arm is weighted down and I then wobble back for the cart (all the while thinking don't drop any items). Target you get me every time! I am not able to simply go in and just purchase what I need! Ha! I peruse, gander and add more items into the now larger cart! Every Single Trip! Disclaimer: this location does not have a Starbucks.
