  • The facts: I took my coat here. Picked it up and it had pet hair on it. I don't have a pet. They make me sneeze. I pointed out the pet hair to the man behind the counter. He pulled out a lint roller, yes a lint roller, then said that will be 13.00. I complained. It was non-negotiable. Never again. Know a good dry cleaner? I'm looking for suggestions.
