rev:text	As a current resident: Pros: -The place looks really nice. -The staff is friendly. -mail system has been fixed -Pool is now open and is pretty awesome best pool I've seen in Vegas Cons: -I have looked out my window and seen people sleeping on the concrete. -This place is way overpriced and they know it. Coming from a real estate agent saying your keeping up with the current market is crap. $1,300 for base model 2bed, 2ba. $50 more for wood floors a month. $50 more for upstairs a month, $50 more for pool view (Which isn't even done). -This place is built on looks not efficiency. Air conditioning is abnormally loud.
