One of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. There was only one person on till when I went with my friend and they were helping another customer which took about 20 minutes total. That is an extremely long time especially when my friend and another customer afterwards had only one or two items to purchase. The manager on the floor was apparently training someone in something and never once went to go check up on the cashier. She eventually needed the manager's help anyway. I feel like there should be a sense of urgency at least when there are 3 people in line and the first customer being helped was taking a long time. The person after us waited 10 minutes before putting his items away and leaving. There were absolutely no apologies made until I knocked on the "associates only" door and asked if someone else was able to go on till. Apparently there was only one working debit/credit machine is what we were told. I feel like there should have been a sign communicating this or at least have the manager tell the line this so that we could reevaluate what we wanted to do with our time instead of waiting 20 minutes. The manager did apologize but only after we complained and the cashier apologized a few times during our transaction which was nice of her.
