  • TREATED HORRIBLY I am surprised to see the ratings it has. I stopped by this location asking for directions and never have I ever been treated in such a disrespectful manner by a business. I attended arrowhead plaza looking for their main office, and stopped by YOU CAN QUILT to see where I could find it. There was no one in the shop and she (I believe it was the owner )was not busy. First thing she asks, are you here to buy some thing? I told her, "No, where would I be able to find the managing office"? She say, "Its not here, if you are not here to buy something then you have to leave." In a very rude tone. Believing she was going to at least finish her sentence with where I could find it, I waited for her response. When she finally responded she barked out asking what I wanted, and telling me to leave as she basically pushed me out of the store. This to me speaks horribly about this business. An owner that does not care about its customers. Eventually, she did give me direction to where I could find it. The wrong direction that is. I am not sure if it was intentional or not but I found it very distasteful. I have only came across here once and did nothing to be treated this way. I believed it important to show the real side behind this business. I could have understood this response if I myself was intruding in some way, however, I don't believe I was. I asked in the most gentle and respectful manner. I truly hope this business can reshape itself.
