  • So impressed and pleased with my experience. My son's Xbox One wouldn't turn on so I called Ryan. He suggested that prior to driving over to see him, that I take it to a GameStop about a mile from my house to have them try and turn it on with a different power supply. I did and it turned out that was the problem. I needed a new power supply. Very impressed he helped me without trying to make any money. Great guy!
