  • Definitely don't mind all the bogus reviews of people's complaints under mine. It is not true!! I am all about giving places a chance before judging and believing others words. I say to check this grooming place out for yourself! Christie is the groomer and she is awesome! She will give your dog as much love as you give your own dog! I was maybe a little skeptical at first and scared to give this place a chance just because the reviews made them sound horrendous and giving that my boyfriend's dog is a sensitive breed, an English Bulldog. But no doubt about it, I can trust and know my boyfriend's dog is in good hands when I leave him with Christie. Christie the groomer has an upbeat attitude each time I see her. She has passion for being a dog groomer, detail oriented with cleanliness, and explains all your questions very well no matter how many questions you have to ask her. I had even asked her my first time I took our dog Yenko about the reviews that past customers put about the place and she had no clue about them, but she knew in detail each person that wrote a bad review and could explain to me the situation that happened. With me being the type to be the first to complain about something wrong, I kept going back to her because I saw no issue with her grooming and saw how good she was with our dog. I also forgot to add in that the first time I took our dog, we weren't able to take him before Christie was done for the day because the circumstance we were in at the time and she told me it was ok and asked what time would work for me other than my original appointment time, and this showed dedication to her job and to customer loyalty because she stayed past her working time just because we really needed a groomer last minute and weren't going to get him cleaned that day if she couldn't take him at a later time. I really appreciate this kind of customer service.
