| - all I want to say is - if a patron tells the waitress the steak sauce is salty, don't tell me its always made that way because there's salt in the butter. please don't make excuses when I'm paying $46 for a steak. Our son's chicken was also salty. If I order green beans almandine, bring the side dish. I understand to err and forget is human but it just added to her lack of service. And lastly, if you're going to be a sour waitress, stay a sour waitress, don't become perky and interested in us as they dinner winds down nearing to the check and your tip. MRKT if you're reading this, the waitress is Laura, I believe. And I want to give a big thumbs up to Derek, the new guy who stopped by our table to say hello as he was our waiter for the previous night at Bistro57. Perhaps Laura, if that's her name, should shadow Derek and relearn customer service. btw, we're locals. we eat at MRKT fairly often and usually enjoy the food and service.
