  • Terrible customer service! I had an appt for an oil change and tire rotation. I WAS WAITING FOR MY CAR IN THEIR STORE, Took them 2 hrs to get it done AND I HAD TO ask if it was done!!!! It probably was sitting their for god knows how long, what happens if I didn't go up to ask about my car!?!? I probably would still be sitting there!!!!! This isn't just customer service, this is just plain rude! I looked into the parking lot for my car and there it was, no word from the guy at the desk! I'm so peeved that I had to write a review in their parking lot before I leave! 2 stars for the price but that's out of pity.
