Experiencing the pass location and new one, I have to say it's definitely chic looking and modern. Now for your Receptionist, front desk, appointment and scheduling , I have been given some mis information over the phone and in person. My wait time was well over 20 minutes for an appointment. And then my massage time was scheduled 1 hour longer than what I scheduled, mind you I paid and excepted the error but defiantly a costly error. Front desk managing is needed!
