My wife and I brought one of our cats here for some dental work (an extraction, yikes!) and a checkup. We'd come here a few years ago when it was under different ownership and the change is impressive. The remodel was a huge improvement!
The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They offer coffee and tea while you wait. There's lot's of seating but all of the comfy chairs and couches are on the "dog" side for some reason (I guess it really IS good to be a dog).
Dr. Misraji was incredibly patient and understanding with us and all of our questions. Her demeanor is very warm and reassuring and we felt comfortable entrusting the care of our kitty to her.
My wife and I have lost two cats in the last few years shortly after previous "routine" procedures were performed at other veterinary offices, so naturally we are very nervous when we have to subject our cats to any sort of treatment requiring anesthesia. Apparently it's very hard on their system and can weaken them just enough to allow other serious issues to accelerate.
Most vet's we've used offer a choice between anesthesia "A" and anesthesia "B", one of which costs more and is supposed to be easier and more gentle on the animal. They don't do that here. They just use the one they know to be better for the animal and there didn't seem to be any sort of premium attached to that fact, which I greatly appreciate as I think it shows that these new owners have true character and a true love for animals. We'll definitely be entrusting the care of our furry children to them in the future.
