  • Haven't signed lease yet but good feelings so far: -Talked to a few strangers just walking around the complex and all had either a positive experience or a neutral experience. This is the most honest review you can get. -24 hour pool, cannot complain. -Fence around property has gate to access mountain for hiking (at other places, must walk around). -Negative: no way to see the actual place you may stay if it's currently occupied. -Several promos going on, like writing a Yelp review to waive admin fees. Normally I would write a review when I moved out.
