  • I called to set an appointment after reading good reviews. I was put on hold over and over again (which is ok because it means they're busy which is usually a good sign) until the receptionist finally took my call. She told me no-one was available to take my call but someone would get back to me (she probably could have told me that the first 3 times she put me back in the holding loop). My real gripe is that 5 days later still no call. All around not very professional.
