  • Do NOT go here. Water damage issues all the time. The worst maintenance ive seen, and the same customer service to match. Ive had my kitchen flood, sinks not drain, days until resolved, broken water heaters, water damage inside my walls, and it smells of mold and mildew. Ive tried to pursue corrective action through Dee Dee who seems to care at first, but would just like you to get out of her office. J. Tumlin is my "resident services rep" who copy and pasted the same emails he sends to every resident who has an issue. As a combat veteran I look for my home to be my safe haven, not the place I want to escape from.
