  • I think customer service is Pristine Green's top priority! I was looking for a new company to do some cleanup and tree removal for our yard so I picked the top 3 rated on NextDoor. Brandon got back to me within about 20 minutes of leaving him a voicemail. I promised him I would send photos as soon as possible of the work needing to be done. When I hadn't sent them by Sunday, he followed up with me to double check. I was extremely impressed by his professionalism and the courtesy reminder call (especially on a Sunday). He scheduled the work to be done earlier than expected, even though I told him it was no rush & the crew showed up to begin the work right at 7am as promised on a Friday morning. After completely removing 5 different plants and trimming 6, I came home to an immaculate yard. You would've never known any of the plants had just been removed. I honestly couldn't be any happier with this company! They are fantastic and I will definitely hire them again!
