MIKE IS SORRY AS HELL.
I have spent $65 for an unlimited wifi internet plan. I did not connect to my wifi until the following day & internet was not available. The next morning I went im bright and early to get it fixed. Turns out Mike set up a voiceline account to my hotspot device. ZERO DIVIDED BY ZERO IS WRROOONNGGGG ANSWER MIKE........ Mike had to call customer service, call lasting 1 hour. I had to leave to go work, he swore his call would be completed in 5 minutes and to keep restarting the hotspot until It began to work......DAY 2 NO INTERNET. The following day (Today) I go back to the store & request that EVERYTHING be Cancelled & my $65 refunded. Mike told me he could call customer service again and that my money is nonrefundable. WOW!!!! I told him no need & I left the store. AT&T is POOH AS HELL they can't deal with nothing in store ??? Ive been with Verizon for years, I came to AT&T cause its the only tower that reaches Mercury, Nevada, where I work. I do not recommend this Branch nor Mike's help. Once I got to my car I called AT&T MYSELF and within 23 minutes yall I had a functioning WIFI using the money I had already paid!!! I was speaking with Jessie, male type, & he was MUCH help!!! Naturally I do not recommend AT&T as a reliable service. I recommend Verizon!
