  • We arrived at this location on a weekend back in July and it was around 4:40 pm when we arrived. We asked to be seated at the patio and we were seated immediately. So far so good. We were handed our menus and the server walked away. I noticed that they had a drink special up until 5 PM for a lower price then the regular. Since we still had 15 minutes before the special was up we thought we would get it. We waited and waited for our server to take our drink orders and she didn't come back until 5:02 PM. We asked if we could get the special and she said its past 5 so the discount doesn't apply anymore. And I said well we got here before 5 and waited for someone to take our drink orders and waited for 15 minutes. The server just gave an apology but still said she couldn't do anything about it. At this point we were pretty pissed. The only thing that got us not to get up and leave was that I was very hungry so had to stick around to grab food. Since we waited for so long we gave our drink and food order at the same time. Didn't want to wait separately for both because we could tell the service was going to be slow. One of the things we ordered was the crab and avocado bruschetta. It had no flavour and I couldn't even taste the avocado. Also ordered the Jamie Italian burger. The burger was excellent but due to their service i will NOT be coming back to the Mississauga location.
