  • In short, I had a very intrusive, rude and incredibly stubborn casher today at the Richmond Hill branch of Costco. The cashier's name is Brenda L, I found her incredibly intrusive because she demanded that I get a Costco Mastercard, instead of the Mastercard I was currently using. What's more, she did not stop even as I indicated very clearly I was not interested in acquiring a new credit card from Costco. She completely wasted my time, worse she could have used the time trying to sell me a card to help other cashers, especially since this Costco has massive lines. Although I never had a bad experience with other cashers, she made me quit Costco, just not worth it. FRESCHCO is my new best friend.
