  • I love this place! First, staff has always been nice to me and treated me well. So interpersonal contact has always been good. They could perhaps be more friendly on the phone, but otherwise great. Service is quick, I'm never in a line waiting, and they remember my name - pulling up my acct as soon as they see me walking in. The place itself is always clean. They rotate the bulbs often, so I never worry that my tan will plateau or that my time is wasted. If there is a bulb out, they're reasonably quick to change it. As for lotions/products, the choices are vast and they're always offering specials. If they don't have the lotion you want, they're even willing to order it for you. Which is what they did when I very much wanted my favorite CoCo DeVille tanning lotion. Also, they don't make it difficult on you if you need to freeze or cancel your membership; neither will you lose the price you locked in for when you signed. I highly recommend Celebrity Tanning, especially this location. I've been to a couple others and have yet to be disappointed.
