  • I purchased the Premium Option in the Pastel Rose Bouquet. The one that was delivered to my fiancé looked worse than the one which was 20 dollars cheaper. I also purchased a "Giraffe". She received an elephant. I needed the giraffe because it had something to do with one of our inside jokes. Now the message on the card makes no sense. I know I only spent $200 but it should never matter how much was spent when it comes to customer service. I am very disappointed in the product and service. I chose this shop because of the great YELP reviews it has. I'm writing in hopes that it will guid this shop to do better and actually deliver what people pay for. I will never use them again.
