  • This started out as a one star review. They order a product from California for us but it was a new item that they didn't have any "training" on. After a revision and a mix up with the ordering procedure, our 3 week project wasn't ready to install until a bit over 6 week later. Despite our urging that they inspect the product to make sure it was correct and in good shape, all we got was "It'll be fine". Actually the door arrived intact and was what we ordered BUT it was missing some of the hinges that had the installer waiting around for hours until the could get replacements to him. Then we discovered that the bottom of the door was unsupported because it stuck out farther than the floor and you could actually see daylight under the door from inside. We were also missing weather striping and there was a mixup for the interior casement and we had to provide it for them to finish. The four stars come in because at 7 am the next day, we got a call saying they were sending out people to take care of it. By 11:00 am everything was fixed to our satisfaction (and amazement). They went above and beyond to fix our issues and did it very quickly and didn't charge anything additional.
