Called Goettl early on a Sunday morning after waking up to a A/C unit that was running but not putting out any air. The lady on the phone had perfect customer service skills. Took my info and told me someone would call back to schedule a service window. Well, know one called us back! Called Another 4.5 star Yelp rated company, there wasn't let me get your info and have someone call you back, nope. They gave me a time and the tech showed up at that time. Fixed our problem within an hour and only charged us for the service call.
I wanted to like Goettl. I wanted to give them my business, but looks like they didn't want it. Go else where for A/C needs, unless of course you really need a flashlight!
UPDATE: I received a call from Greg at Goettl today extending an apology for the nonexistent service we received. I am adding another star to my review because they did take the time to try and rectify our dissatisfaction. Greg offered a membership at no charge to me but I declined. I'm not willing to take another chance on them again.
I hope they can get their act together. Growing up Goettl was THE HVAC company in the valley. Maybe if they continue to give good customer service they once again can have the great reviews they once did.
