| - This is really a 0 star review but in order to post I need to hit at least 1 star...
Ok so let me start by saying my team and I had booked a weekend stay for our Business convention that we attend every few months throughout the USA...I was coming up to my room when I met with a couple of our teammates talking in the hallway so I decided to talk a bit. Within a few minutes I hear a lady screaming(ok so maybe with her husband you know its a hotel)...but it starts getting louder and she sounds like shes crying...so 3 of us walked on over about 3 rooms down to hear the woman screaming for her life, "Help me, get off me I cant breath!" One of my teammates starts banging on the door...a man comes running out as the woman runs out saying "He tried to kill me! My husband tried to kill me! Im scared!" We called front desk(Christy picks up). My teammate states what had happened the "customer service rep"(BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!) asked what room was it. She comes upstairs screaming with a bad attitude yelling at the lady to get out of the hotel(dont forget this is a victim and scared for her life!) I stated she should call the cops and report the incident, the woman is scared and its the right thing to do. Im on the phone with my husband and explaining what has happened and he himself is telling me to call the cops. I get off the phone with him and Christy(the employee) asked "Are you going to call or am I?" I stated "we should call and explain what is going on because this woman is afraid!" She was rude, loud and started telling me off because here I am worried for this womans life watching out for her and shes telling this woman to get out the hotel and for me to get out of her face. At this point I started getting loud with her because I was just frustrated at how inhuman and heartless this woman was! She had the audacity to call me a "Bitch!" Because I am saving a womans life! My husband returned back to the hotel to speak to management and Christy got loud and disrespectful with my husband without listening. Never did my husband disrespect her nor anyone. Management didn't do anything about the situation. I write all this to say the following...What has happened tonight has sadden me, broke my heart knowing that not only is this employee heartless and not caring, A WOMAN but also there is a woman roaming out in the streets fearing for her life from her husband! We were able to save her tonight but we dont know if she will be able to get away from this man and be able to go back to her kids. Please keep her in your prayers that she is able to break away from this man and be able to live free. Note to owner of the hotel: I have stayed in many motels/hotels in and outside of the USA and honestly this has been by far the worst experience I have ever had with this employee Christy! This woman is a liability to this hotel. This is coming from a business owner who has employees and none of my employees/teams know that we would NEVER speak to any customer with a bad attitude, be disrespectful , let alone call them names! This woman(Christy) needs more personal training with customer service, personal growth and learn how to deal with these type of situations! She should have kept this woman safe rather than kick her out! This could have been anyones friend, sister, mother, etc! We are suppose to help those in need and protect people in ways that we can. Not push them away as if they are the issue! This woman is fearing her life! Tonight I sleep with a heavy heart. Lord please keep her safe.
