  • I honestly don't understand why this particular store receives bad ratings. Before coming into the store, I researched all the best options and chose to come to the Sprint Store. I went in to trade in my iPhone 5s and lease a iPhone 6s. We waited about 20 minutes before being helped. Doniel was nice, sharp, and helped us in every way. She informed us about all the discounts we were eligible for (workplace, bank, etc.) and then used them so that we were able to get the best price. She also informed us about our data usage and whether we need an unlimited data plan. We found this very useful. Then, the Lead Sales Consultant had to look over the information and account before selling it to us. We were able to trade in my iPhone 5s for $90, which helped with the upfront costs. We leased the iPhone 6s 64GB for $21 a month with iPhone Forever plan and paid only $10. That's a pretty good deal. Doniel was easy to work with and considerate of our situation. I highly recommend Doniel and this location!
