  • Recently Breathe came down a notch for me. There have been major changes to their class schedule and my favourite class is gone entirely from it. Furthermore, now it's more challenging for me to get to classes I want to do because of the times of day when they're offered. Overall, I'm not impressed with the changes made, particularly when I'd bought into a six month pass. I will not be renewing with Breathe as a result--clients have an expectation that you will continue to offer the same stuff as when they signed up. Right now I'm just relieved that I didn't sign up for a full year contract. While some of this is understandable as the studio is still finding its land legs, it puts consumers in a challenging spot. Buyer beware...
