  • It's in a decent location, the price isn't bad and the rooms are comfortable. However let's get right into why I'm only leaving 2 stars. The shower doesn't work in our room, we were told maintenance wasn't in till 9am and pretty much to not bother the front desk. They didn't offer another room and they're not booked at capacity. You know that feeling when you wake up early in a different state and take a nice hot shower? Yeah I didn't get that today. When maintenance finally came up they can't figure out the problem. We paid 100 bucks for a room we can't even shower in and they won't do anything about it. Also their "gourmet" breakfast consisted of cold eggs, stale bagels and most of the dishes came off the shelf already dirty. All in all I'm very disappointed such a reputable business is being ran so poorly. I will not be staying again. EDIT: after I posted maintenance did come up and offer to take me to another room to shower. Water in that room was still only slightly above freezing even on the hottest setting but it was bearable.
