rev:text	We arrived at 4:15PM to renew a drivers permit. A fairly simple transaction we thought! The 1st thing we noticed was that they removed most of the chairs and replaced them with long lines of people standing! What???? It was extremely crowded and we waited in the 1st line about 45 minutes. Then we were sent to another line and waited about an hour. When I asked a supervisor why they were closing windows instead of helping customers, he replied that they were short staffed and have an issue with paying people overtime. So instead of taking people who have been STANDING in line for over an hour and a half, they started closing windows. Please note that there were about 30-40 people that came in after us and by the time we were finally called, there were only 5 people waiting behind us. When I asked how everyone passed us, the supervisor said that a few agents were inexperienced and could only service certain lines. Be prepared to wait and wear comfortable shoes!!!
