Their call center is not very good. They can't get a reservation correct. They weren't able to help me with their mistake.
I made a reservation for them to unload a truck I rented in the morning that I needed to return in the afternoon. I made the reservation about 2 weeks before the event. They call to confirm a week before the event and asked if all was good for the afternoon of the day.
I almost agreed when I realized they said the afternoon and not the morning I had reserved for. They said sorry, it was just an unload and that it shouldn't be a problem. It sounds like a more expensive project came in and I was pushed over. I was very disappointed. Now, I have to make calls and reserve someone else and hope there is availability.
Update: It took me several days to find an alternative that was available. Not surprised that everybody was booked days before my move. After making 10+ calls I finally found somebody available and they were great!
