I went to the Bell Road and 51 location for a "buff" & wax and got up sold into a clay brick treatment and headlight cleaning for an extra 60 bucks. I took a seat outside to watch them work. All I saw for the first hour were 3 kids shooting the breeze and/or talking on their cell phones. I went inside and asked the manager Guillermo to add some supervision. He went outside to show the kids a thing or two and then left them to return to pretending to work. Another hour goes by and the best they could do is use the electric wax wheel to spread the wax. There wasn't much buffing I paid extra for going on.
I asked the manager to show me the clay brick that was supposed to be applied prior to the waxing. He showed me a brick of clay that never made an appearance the 2 hours I watched. He insisted that they had in fact used it. I asked him if that clay removes water spots to which he answered yes. I then asked him why the tailgate was covered in water spots. He wiped them off with a rag then denied there were any water spots there. That is when I decided it was time to go.
I got home to finish removing the wax and saw they had not removed much of the oxidation on my headlights either.
