  • Very Professional Team. I was contacted before and after the service by the service provider. Robert the Tech who was sent out on the call, called me an addditional time to inform me of the problems and a resolution, plus to get approval before the work took place. Option One Plumbing sent out an alert by text with the Tech's name and photo ID. This was the second time they did work for me at a different property, I own. I was referred to them by my original Plumber who was over booked everytime I called with an issue. I found them to be promt, professional and budget minded with no attempts to upsell. Now, they are my go to Plumber. I recall my first experience with OOP was very much the same, the only difference was it was a more complicated issue and the Owner put me at ease especially after having the City of Scottsdale Water Department left a note on the door with very little information to go on, only that there was a leak and it was my problem. Option One Plumbing is a name & number to keep on your contact list; for sure, especially if you rental property...
