Our refrigerator light was not working, so we called Valleywide Appliances Sales & Services. They were quick to answer and even thought he could not take my information right away had me text it to him. I received a call within the hour and had them scheduled to come out the following day.
When they came, they checked the refrigerator and noted that the refrigerator was fine; we had just purchased a defective lightbulb. In the process, he shared that he didn't feel right charging us the $75 fee for coming out so he was going to make a call to see if he could bring the cost down. In the end, we ended up paying $65 because he broke one of our light bulbs in the process.
