  • Not even worth making an appointment here. I received a call only 20 minutes before my appointment to let me know that the girl who would be cutting my hair called in sick on a Saturday morning. If I had gone out on a Friday night, I'd be calling in sick for 9:30am too, but not at the expense of someone getting their hair cut. When I asked if there would be any time to get my hair cut later this week before Friday for something important, they said no. Excuse me????? 0 professionalism. 0 flexibility. 0 understanding. 0 stars. (except theres no way i can give 0 stars so i had to give them 1)
