  • Total crap service and I will never be back. Dropped off my octo because of a small leak on a seal. Was told two weeks ago when went there it would be about $120-$150 to repair and service. The day I pick it up the bill is over $250. When I asked why no one called, some short old man, I assume the owner, says 'we don't call' with an attitude that said 'kiss my ass'. They replaced all the hoses, which were fine and even charged me for a battery I replaced myself last month saying mine was dead. TOTAL RIP OFFS. Hope you enjoy my money as you'll never see another dime from me. I'll be sure to spread the world about your 'service' to my dive friends. Imagine taking your car in for a flat tire and the manager decides to replace your battery all your belts and hoses without your consent. That's what happened here. And then on top if that I get talked to the way I was. Horrible customer service and horrible business practices.
