  • The staff at this Ulta is friendly and helpful. The problem here is the shelves. Often empty and dirty. This could be a managerial issue or maybe it's the store being understaffed. It's a bummer because Ulta carries a lot of brands I can't get anywhere else in Gastonia. So, yeah, I will keep going because I don't want to drive to Charlotte.
