  • Worst online experience ever! When I inquired whether something was in stock, they told me I'd have to place the actual order to find out. I placed the order and found out only 1 of 5 items was actually in their store. A few days later, a mystery shipment showed up at my house. It was a doorbell from Unica that I did not order. I tried for weeks to return it, and after they tired of my repeated calls and e-mails, they finally agreed to ship it back at their expense. I don't know yet whether or not they've credited my card. NOT TO MENTION YVONNE IS FAIRLY BRAIN DEAD.
