  • I purchased a Volvo for my wife a couple years back. I bring her car to this dealership for everything. They are down to earth and very helpful. They dont overcharge and they give amazing customer service. I lost the wheel lock key to the car. I came into the dealer without a appointment and explained that I need to get a new key. They told me that they would have to order a full new set of lock nuts and a key. The service manager called the dealer supervisor and he came down asked me if I want the lock nuts on the car? I said no. He said no problem took my keys drove my car into the garage. Put the car up, grabbed a power tool pulled all the lock nuts off the car then put new lug nuts on the car, drove the car out and gave me back the keys. Said .. have a great day. No payments and the guy did all the work for me while wearing a suit. LOL. Amazing !! Came in another time and the seat belt was not working. They replaced the seat belt for free even though it was no longer under warranty. They were very fast. They also wash my car every time I go in for service.
