  • ADOT shouldn't get any stars...I have been trying to receive me tags that I paid for online in February and I have still not received them. I called ADOT and created a ticket and was assured the tags would be sent out....NOPE. I called again and had to leave a message and still no call back. What does it take to get service from this organization. They were quick to take my money. I have now sent an email to request it again...maybe 3rd time is a charm? If I didn't have to go through this organization, I wouldn't.
