  • Horrible! By far the worst place I have ever went for mani/pedi. They left my 4 y/o daughter sitting in the pedi chair for 50 minutes "soaking". I finally had go over and polish her toes myself. I asked for French gel nails and I got plain pink. I went to the chair for my pedi and was told it would be another 20 minutes. We had an appointment!!! The staff is rude and inattentive. How could they possibly call this place a spa? Nothing relaxing about it at all. We left after a hour and a half. Never got my pedi----poor daughter never got anything!
