  • Update to previous review: Our pool is FINALLY done. It only took..oh..6 months? Just in time for the summer swimming season to be over and, funny, this process took longer than it actually took to build my entire house from contract to closing. I really can't say enough bad things about this company...and I am not referring to craftsmanship of the actual pool because the pool itself is fine. Not a work of art, but perfectly fine! The funny thing is every single worker who came to my house said that they all do work for every pool company in the valley so, in essence, I could've gotten this same pool from a much better company...and that...is..a..bummer. I will never, ever recommend this company to anyone and when they tried to put a sign in my front yard announcing that I had a pool from them I threatened to set the sign on fire (I'm only half joking..). The pool took forever...the communication was awful..it was supposed to be done in May (MAY!! This is September..) and there is no reason, no hold up explanation as to why it took so long besides poor, awful, terrible communication. Now I am paying for a pool that I can't swim in for the next 6 to 7 months...a pool my family and I got to enjoy maybe 5 times before the water became too cold to swim in. Totally disappointed in this whole experience.
