| - I cannot say enough good things about our stay there. When we first got there, our room was not ready, so we had to wait roughly 2 hours. It was tough since we had been up since about 4 a.m. Eastern time, so we were ready to fall over. But we sat on the patio area and enjoyed the beautiful day (while I fell asleep on the outdoor sofa). Not even 10 minutes after we got to our room, we got a phone call to upgrade our room. We were hesitant at first because we were so tired, but when they told us that it was the presidential suite, and it was the same price, we were up and out in 5 minutes. We even had our own pool (but we still used the resort's pool). We got massages one day that were fantastic, and if we had any problems with the room, someone was there in 5 minutes to help. Dinner was great at the BLT Steakhouse on our second night there. We had such a nice and relaxing time at the JW Marriott. The entertainment in the evening was great as well. If you are looking for a more adult-oriented stay, stay here (as opposed to the JW Marriott in Phoenix, which is a little bit more kid-centered). I'm not saying that it isn't kid friendly, because it is, but it is just a little more mild than the JW Marriott in Phoenix (which we stayed at on our way back from Sedona for one night). Also the fire pits at night are lovely.
